Dr. Colleen Pearson is a Clinical Health Psychologist licensed in New York and Virginia. (credentialed through PsyPACT to offer services in 43 states) She works with Adults 18+ who are struggling in their day to day lives, especially with chronic medical/health issues. Assessments and Therapy. Certified Mindfulness & Meditation Teacher. All services are virtual.

Dr. Pearson is trained in the use of CBT to assist you with your mental health concerns. CBT is therapy that is research backed, evidence-based, and effective in 5 - 20 sessions.

Mindfulness meditation is a type of meditation practice that intentionally focuses attention on the present moment, without judgment or distraction.
